If staff forget to document or for whatever reason missed documenting a medication was given how would we go back and document for that?

Go to the Administration module.  

Choose "Missed Medications" to view missed medications for selected dates.  This screen allows admin to pass medication that was missed to enter by staff (fix hole).

You can select medication, caretaker and exception (if any) while passing medication for past dates via this screen.
