SimpleMAR - Release notes: April 5, 2018

New Features/ Enhancements
  • MAR keys updated:
    • '--' : Day before order start date OR Order is suspended OR Not Applicable.
    • 'D/C' : Discontinued - Day after end date
  • Enhanced Suspend /Resume functionality:
    • Resident level suspend/resume functionality shows summary of active and suspended orders. User have options to suspend either all or selected orders. Same way, user have choice to resume either all or selected orders on a specified date.
  • Discontinue medicine:
    • Default time while discontinuing medicine by clicking 'Today’ on calander (on End Date field) is changed to current time instead of existing 11:30 PM. User can discontinue medicine with immediate effect by clicking ‘Today’ button on End Date Calendar.
  • Messaging to/from pharmacy:
    • Messages from ALF staff to pharmacy goes to both places, a. Pharmacy email address AND b. System internal messages.
    • Pharmacy can reply to ALF either from their external email or within SimpleMAR.
    • Message history is available in SimpleMAR message module.
  • Delete Resident privilege:
    • ALF admin and Pharmacy Admin now have privilege deleting resident and all its medication related data. This is to make easier deleting duplicated or mistakenly entered residents
    • System provides 2 warnings before deleing data permanently.
Bug Fixes
  • Resume orders does not assign new resume dates to currently active orders.
  • Pharmacy can now reply directly to messages received from ALF staff.
