SimpleMAR - Release notes: Aug 23, 2017

New Features/ Enhancements
  • Allows entering Vitals for previous days.
  • Given By Self , Nurse or HH”:
    • Only shows up in order list.
    • Will not show up in MedPass or Alerts.
    • Will not show any signature (MedPass record) in MOR. Instead, will show note as 'Given by Self, Nurse or HH’.
    • Will show in Physician’s report as 'Given By Self , Nurse or HH'
  • Discontinue /suspended meds in MOR:
    • Discontinued or suspended medicine will not show up in MOR.
    • If there are at least one signature (pass records) exist for the month, MOR will show it with ‘x’ (small) for suspended days.
    • It will show ‘X’ (Big) for the days medicine was not started or was discontinued.
    • Proper footnotes are given in MOR for above cases.
  • Upload document size limit enhanced to 25 MB.
  • Allows entering ADL refusal reason
  • Added another exception type - "Hospital/ Rehab” in exception dropdown list.
  • Enhanced System Performance by improving overall system speed.
Bug Fixes
  • Allow discontinuing medicine by changing end date. No need to suspend anymore.
  • Fixed: MedPass progress report pops up with error.
  • Fixed: Missed med report bug fix – Medication does not show up even though it was missed and does not allow fixing hole.
