New Features/ Enhancements- Performance improvement of Individual MAR report.
- Deactivating resident makes all medications also inactive. This way when you reactivate resident later, it does not show all medication still active.

Bug Fixes- Resident list - Insurance section columns (i.e. Insurance ID) will now not appear on report, if not selected in configuration. It was showing with column having no data before.
