Why my resident refused exception is not showing on up on MAR?

Any exception you assign shows up on MAR instantly. However, "resident refused'' exception is different. System allows by default 3 chances for a resident to refuse before we officially register that as an exception. This # of chances (default 3) is configurable though. If you make it 1 for example, it will show up instantly in MAR. You can change that under the "Administration" module > "MedPass Configuration" section.
